Registration deadline for spring semester courses is on 7 February 2021.
NB! In some cases the Study Info System may show an error message, when registering to our courses. If that happens, please contact the Academic Affairs Specialist at kunstide.keskus [ät] ut.ee to register by e-mail.
In case the course starts later, not on the first weeks of the semester, or there are still available places after the registration deadline, it might still be possible to register via the Academic Affairs Specialist.

If you are a student at one of the following institutions you can participate in our courses as a visiting student. Registration deadline for autumn semester is 30.08.2020.
Institute of Theology of the Estonian Evangelical Lutheran Church Estonian University of Life Sciences Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre Estonian Academy of Arts Estonian Aviation Academy Estonian National Defence College Tartu Theological Seminary Tallinn University of Technology University of Tallinn Pallas University of Applied Sciences Estonian Information Technology College These institutions and the University of Tartu have concluded a respective agreement.
To become a visiting student, you should start by consulting with the coordinator at your university and the Acadmic Affairs Specialist at the Centre for Arts. Remember that your visiting student status must have a purpose: to study something that would supplement your studies at your university. For that, you will need to communicate with both the University of Tartu and your home university.
You need to fill in the VISITING STUDENT APPLICATION and get approval from both study institutions.
Once you are registered as a visiting student, you will get access to the University of Tartu study information system (SIS) where you can register to the courses. The username and password will be sent to the e-mail you marked on your application. If you have previously studied at the University of Tartu as a visiting student, the old username and password will be activated and you will not receive new ones. You will get access to SIS from the first day of the respective semester.
Please note that submitting the application will not automatically mean you are registered to the course(s)! All visiting students can register to courses in SIS for two weeks from the beginning of the semester. If you cannot register in SIS anymore, contact kunstide.keskus [ät] ut.ee.
Students from other higher education institutions can also participate our courses, but as continuing education learners.
International community of Tartu is welcomed to join our courses as continuing education learners. Registration for autumn semester courses is open till 30.08.2020, or in some cases later if the course still has vacancies. Please check it with the Academic Affairs Specialist: kunstide.keskus [ät] ut.ee, phone: +372 737 6187. Please choose course(s), fill in the APPLICATION and sign it. Please send electronically signed application to: kunstide.keskus [ät] ut.ee. Applications signed on paper can be sent to our postal address: UT Centre for Arts, Uppsala 10, 51003 Tartu, or brought physically to the Center for Arts, Uppsala St 10 Tartu, room 204 or 130.
After your application has been approved, you will receive the invoice with the course(s) fee. Please read carefully our payment, cancellation and refund policy. All participants who fulfill the requirements and complete the course will receive ECTS (credit points) with electronic continuing education certificates.
