The gallery exhibits a selection of creative work by the academic staff, students and alumni of the University of Tartu who are also professional artists, designers and artisans.
The gallery is closed from 4 to 14 July 2019.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, 10am-1pm and 2-5pm (closed on national holidays).

- Series of Studia Vernacula (also in English). The series is published by the department of Native Crafts of University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy and its aim is to advance research in the fields of handicraft and native crafts.
- There are also many other publications in the area of native crafts and traditional music in Estonian. Native crafts' books have abundant illustrations and contain also the abstract in English.
