LOCATION: The International Winter Academy takes place near Viljandi in Männiku Forest Cottage.
You can find information about Männiku here. It is a perfect place to enjoy the snowy nature and culture of Estonia.
DURATION: February 9, 2018 – February 11, 2018
CREDITS: 2 ECTS and a certificate of attendance
REGISTRATION FEE: 150€
100€ for students, university students and exchange students ages 17 and up
Please note that all fees must be paid in full 2 weeks before the start of the
ACCOMMODATION: Accommodation in Männiku Forest Cottage is included in the registaration fee.
FOOD: Breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as several coffe breaks are provided every day throughout
the event and are included in the registration fee. People with allergies or special food preferences
(vegetarian, vegan etc), please let us know so we can prepare accordingly and make sure
you enjoy your stay and the food at the International Winter Academy :)
TRAVEL: Students and participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to Estonia and
Viljandi. Transportation to Männiku Forest Cottage from Viljandi (and back on February 11)
will be provided by the organizers.
VISA AND INSURANCE: It is the participant’s responsibility to enquire about the particular visa
requirement according to his/her country of origin. For further information
about travel requirements to Estonia please contact your nearest Estonian
embassy or consulate
We highly recommend all Winter Academy participants to take an
appropriate health insurance to cover them during their stay in Europe and
for travel purposes.
