Opportunities
Wide selection of programmes and unique disciplines
Viljandi Culture Academy as part of the University of Tartu teaches a broad range of programmes at undergraduate as well as graduate level. The university follows the Bologna process in the organisation of its teaching and Bachelor-Master (3 or 4 +2) system of study modules.
Some of our study fields are truly unique, for example, Estonian Native Textile and Estonian Native Construction.
Excellent scholarships
The University of Tartu, Estonian Ministry of Education and Research, European Commission and other international organisations provide generous resources to finance a university education. Many of our students, both Estonian and international, enjoy full-tuition scholarships and additional stipends in international master programmes.
Great career prospects
Our graduates are competitive in the job market at home and abroad, and many enjoy successful careers in international companies, government organisations, and within Europe and Estonia's leading businesses and institutions. International master's degree programmes include an internship period designed to give students hands-on experience and jumpstart their careers.
